Consent to Communications

Please read this Authorization carefully and print or save a copy for future reference.

By agreeing to this Consent to Communications, you authorize Zinclusive, LLC its affiliates, assignees, designees, transferees, and third-party service providers (collectively, “Zinclusive”) to communicate with you, for communications about any account you obtain and for other advertising and marketing, by calling, SMS messaging (including text messages), or emailing via:

• any mobile device or landline you provide to us now or in the future or you use to contact us;
• any email address you provide to us now or in the future or you use to contact us;
• an automatic telephone dialing system or automated dialer systems; and
• prerecorded or artificial voice calls, including ringless voicemail messages by which a prerecorded voice message will be sent directly to your voicemail without causing your phone to ring.

You understand you may decline to provide or revoke your consent at any time and that you are not required to provide this authorization as a condition of receiving an extension of credit. You further understand that calls may result in fees from your service provider. If you want to withdraw your consent, please contact us by emailing us at support@zinclusive.com or calling us at 866-516-8001. The ability to withdraw your consent for individual methods of communication may also be contained in our message.

You understand and agree that we may always communicate with you in any manner allowed by law that does not require your consent. You certify, warrant, and represent that any telephone number you have provided to us is your contact number and not someone else’s. You represent that you are permitted to receive calls and text messages at the telephone number you have provided to us. You agree to notify us if any telephone number you have provided us changes or is reassigned to a new subscriber. You certify you are authorized to provide this consent because you are either the subscriber of the telephone number or a non-subscriber customary user with authority to provide this consent. You consent to the monitoring and recording of your telephone calls with us to assure service quality and for other legitimate business reasons.

We may modify or terminate our SMS messaging services from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, without liability to you.
