Credit Report Authorization

Please read this Authorization carefully and print or save a copy for future reference.

As part of your application for a Zinclusive Line of Credit, we request your authorization to access your credit report. By clicking Continue and continuing with the application process, you understand and agree that you are providing written instructions authorizing Zinclusive, LLC. its affiliates, assignees, designees, transferees, and third-party service providers (collectively “Zinclusive”) to obtain consumer reports and related information about you, from one or more consumer reporting agencies. You understand that the credit pull may affect your credit score with Experian, Equifax, or Transunion.

You authorize Zinclusive to obtain consumer reports when you request a Zinclusive Line of Credit, during the processing of your Zinclusive Line of Credit application, and at various times in connection with the servicing, monitoring, collection or enforcement of your Line of Credit account. You also authorize Zinclusive to verify information in your application, and you agree Zinclusive may contact third parties to verify any such information.

You authorize us to obtain and use your credit report for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to: (i) authenticating your identity; (ii) making credit decisions; (iii) assisting with internal modeling and analysis; and (iv) servicing and collections. You authorize and agree that we may transfer or otherwise provide your credit report to any successor in interest to Zinclusive or any purchaser of or investor in your Account or any Advance provided pursuant to your Account.
